Mission

To proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ through effective and provoking broadcast programming. To affirm the faith of believers in Jesus Christ, to provide hope and truth for the seeker, and to encourage growth and maturity for the seasoned believer to become reproductive in their faith.

With the new statistic that shows over 30% of those who listen to Christian radio are non -believers, the mission must now include an effective element of evangelism as never before.

Because radio is a personal and private medium, it now becomes one of the most effective tools of our day.

The time is now, the place is the Pacific Northwest, and the tool is theDove.

Vision: theDove will become the anchor/flag ship station for a network of stations throughout the Pacific Northwest. theDove would be the center of a cross of stations from Mexico to the Canadian borders, north and south, and east to west from Medford.

theDove will be under the accountability covering of United Christian Broadcasters International with its own autonomous corporation UCB/USA d.b.a. DOVE Broadcasting Network.

theDove would become a world-wide training center for UCB International affiliates around the world.

theDove will house the latest in broadcast technology and have one of the finest and most efficient studio installations on the west coast.

theDove will expand its reach through translator growth in Yreka, California, Klamath Falls, and Roseburg, Oregon. theDove would be granted its current 10 applications for expansion before the FCC.

theDove will find and obtain additional signal growth throughout the Pacific Northwest either by acquisition or affiliation with other broadcasters.

theDove will become a programming source for affiliates throughout the USA and around the world.

theDove will obtain a satellite uplink for expansion.

theDove's programming will be refined to enhance its market share with women 35-54 and adults 35+. theDove will have an effective and provoking balance between news/talk, music, and teaching programs that underscores God's vision and mission.

Statement of Faith

That the Holy Scriptures, as given by God are Divinely inspired, infallible (cannot fail) and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and practice.

In one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

In our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, and His atoning death.

In the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, in His personal return, and the judgment of the world by Him.

That "all have sinned" and are justly exposed to the judgment of God.

That redemption from the guilt, penalty and power of sin is possible only through the death, shed blood and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In the necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit to make the death of Christ effective to the individual sinner, granting him repentance towards God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, enabling the believer to live a holy life and to witness and work for Him.

In the resurrection of the body, the eternal blessedness of the righteous and the eternal punishment of the wicked.

That all believers are baptized into the body of Christ by the Holy Spirit and thus, being members of one another, are responsible for keeping the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, loving one another with a pure heart fervently.
